      I don’t see any Pros and the culture what AVT had was much better than what it is now

      No System & Policies No working Culture Too many people from same company joining and trying to build unethical culture No transparency

      Rewarding career. I enjoy working for a company that puts their people, patients and products at the center of everything they do. Excellent opportunity for career advancement. Leadership is top notch.
