Pros

New building in Morrisville. Location is great. Company is growing.

Cons

Uncertainty with management as to whether they keep their jobs or are replaced with staff from Ireland or acquired companies. No accountability among groups. Low morale. Everyone always sifting through email looking for bad news and targets to drop blame on. Management never willing to talk, be friendly. Environment is fearful and timid.
