Pros
I love the company’s core values, I believe that Teleflex puts enough effort and support to make them part of our culture and our daily working life. I have been working in Teleflex since 1999; as many of my peers, I became a Teleflex employee after an acquisition in 2004. During these years I have seen many changes, some of them have been good other ones not so much. However I can say that during these times, I have meet many coworkers that have become friends for life. Great work atmosphere and many time feels like family. The people are great and engaging. I also love the feeling of being engaged in challenges that needs solutions and action. Since Teleflex is constantly looking for opportunities to improve the products and their customer experience I feel like there always will be opportunity to grow and to make an impact to the business. The constant development of new products and processes are interesting and innovative. Therefore it is very exciting to be on medical device business.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like there are too many layers of management. We need to improve our career developing path to retain our current talent and to attract new one.
