Enjoy the working atmosphere for many years until the company culture changed and employees moral started to decline.

Pros

Comfortable work environment. Onsite fitness center and cafeteria. Cost of living is reasonable. Technical competence of co-workers very high. Work-life balance generally good.

Cons

No bonuses for technical personnel. Focus on growing the company centers on acquisitions as opposed to improving existing products or developing new ones internally. Moving much of manufacturing offshore.

Teleflex is a 70+year old start-up company. A pure-play medical device manufacture for about 5 years now, current senior management team has its act together. High integrity company. Under current management team stock value has increased dramatically.

Cons

Still seeking to align programs with its culture. Lean staffing environment creates challenging performance management issues.
