Pros

This company, not just my business unit, is true to their words about making business fun and including everyone. In the anesthesia & emergency medicine business unit, leadership welcomes ideas & input and makes decisions quickly to remove barriers as much and as efficient as possible for the field to do their jobs. For a company this size, it's so helpful and encouraging to see positive changes and adaptations happen quickly. Full transparency right away when issues arise, is also a huge and refreshing way of building trust by communicating to all those involved.

Cons

I'm looking forward to improvements in making promotions more timely and achievable than in the past. I'm also looking forward to the new directives put into place for forecasting stock with greater accuracy to minimize backorders.
