Pros

Most of the people who work for the company are highly intelligent and very capable. Unfortunately, they are unable to do their jobs because of management issues.

Cons

The company loves to reorganize and move people around from department to department. They frequently have employees do their old jobs + their newly assigned jobs. This leads to overworked staff who literally cannot do two jobs at once. Projects are left unfinished and quality of work suffers.

OK pay and fair benefits. company agrees to pay small amount of money for education (IF you get the approval from management)

Cons

NO potential growth within the company people are overworked and stressed out at all times you need to watch your back... management DOES NOT LISTEN to their employees, although meetings are never-ending. no HR on Premises - employees are struggling with getting timely help or advice on sensitive issues there is no leader, but way too many managers

A top 5 manufacturer in most product categories, although distant and trailing position behind market leaders Stable product platforms, basics for the markets served Most employees "the doer's" are pleasant and hard working Latest CEO has a strong track record and respect of the industry If you can outwit and outlast wave after wave of the zombie horde, by default you might be successful

Cons

Very limited opporunity for career advancement, often described internally as a place where poor managers go to ride out their deficient careers - abundant glass ceilings Commodities business with a "buy" mentality, limited innovation or investment in human capital, goods or services Significant gaps between "Have's" and "Have Nots" Handful of good Director's and VP's; however, lackluster/immature/insecure leadership is pervasive Dismal facilities in RTP, only trumped by insufficient merit increases and non-existent bonus payout structure Revolving CEO door; high degree of employee turnover
