Pros

friendly environment. Helpful colleagues. New projects all the time. Lots to learn. Helpful upper management. Happy hours every once in a while makes it working here even better. Bonus is okay.

Cons

Sometimes gta put in lots of hrs. Every body want to get paid more. and I wish they pay more as well given the company is located in northern VA area which quite expensive area to live in.

TeleWorld Solutions works with many technologies and customers, allowing the employee to learn and grow. - exciting atmosphere - high impact - fast growth - great employees - family environment - pay growth based on performance - bonus end of year

Cons

TeleWorld Solutions management are tough on employees. They have high expectations and push for results and quality. Very focused on deliverables and timelines. If you don't like pressure and high expectations, not a place for you
