The salary was reasonable considering my initial job description.

Cons

Working as a Marketing Specialist at Telit was a disappointing experience. The company lacks clear direction and communication, making it challenging to execute effective marketing campaigns. Management is out of touch with the market trends and fails to provide adequate support or resources to succeed. The work environment is toxic, and extremely racially biased with little opportunity for growth or advancement. Overall, working at Telit as a Marketing Specialist was a frustrating and unfulfilling experience.

-Salary is a bit above average -The industry is stable, and the company is the largest western player in the world

Cons

-Management is a disaster, can't take a single decision -Don't care at all about employees -Very bad work-life balance -No salary upgrades even for good employees, no bonus but for the higher-level management -Managers would treat employees rudely, everyone knows, but at the end nothing would happen to the managers or change either -Very outdated systems, not willing to upgrade
