Telogical Systems provides a laid-back working environment where innovation is nurtured and all ideas are welcome. The office brims with music and key-strokes, as well as the occasional ping-pong match or video game, and the crew here is young and vibrant. Management is constantly working to improve our products, the work environment, and the company at large, and this shows in the various initiatives that are implemented frequently. Given that the company is relatively flat, there are limited opportunities for advancement. That said, it is a great place for a young professional looking get his or her feet wet in the business world or someone who is less interested in climbing the career ladder and more interested in working for a great company that provides flexibility, stability and an excellent work-life balance.
