      -Excellent work culture; has a laid-back, Silicon Valley start-up feel -Great benefits; 20 days paid vacation in addition to five major federal holidays -Professionally beneficial to any one right out of college (they aim to hire recent graduates) -Head of research department is a top notch, understanding boss

      Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us. It is great to hear when we are doing a great job creating an awesome workplace for our employees, but we welcome any and all constructive criticism as well. It is a fair comment about the work being tedious, and there are aspects that can be. That said, we are constantly working to ensure that the members of our team are working on the things they truly enjoy and find engaging. This is an ongoing effort, and we are making progress by leveling out the work that is owned by members of the team and engaging new opportunities, like our work focus on industry trends that are emerging and may align with the work that we do. TV shows and OTT programming are two examples. Thank you again for your feedback. We truly appreciate it.

      Good from the outside

      Pros

      Telecommuting two days a week is the best thing about this job. A fun boss really enhances the experience of the office. Good time off and benefits overall.

      Cons

      The company preaches work life balance and flexibility, but in practice it is very difficult. The team's needs often demand too much for this. Over-worked management with poor communication skills. Very surface level interaction and understanding from management to lower level employees.

      Thanks so much for your feedback. We certainly do strive for work/life balance, and while we often meet this goal, we do miss it on occasion. That said, this is a key aspect of our core value of "happiness," and ensuring that all team members can easily balance their home and work lives is a top priority for us.
