Pros

You get to run your own location

Cons

Bad leadership from the regional director and vice president President of the company. I am working at 80+ hours at a minimum per week. Expected to deliver results with no training or support from upper management.

Pros

Being an HRBP you are able to make great working friendships and connect well with front line employees.

Cons

I have concerns regarding the leadership and work environment at Temco, particularly involving the HRBP Director and the CPO. The current HRBP Director, Tinna, has exhibited behaviors that suggest discrimination based on race, sexual orientation (LGBTQI), and family status. Such actions are not aligned with the principles of inclusivity and diversity that are fundamental to a healthy workplace. Furthermore, the CPO, Matt, along with the HRBP Director, appears to be contributing to an environment lacking in work-life balance. Employees are often expected to prioritize work to the detriment of their personal lives. It is my belief that for Temco to thrive, it is imperative to address these issues promptly and consider leadership changes to foster an ethical, inclusive, and balanced work environment.

Pros

You can expect to earn a decent salary which will convince you to continue working. As time goes on, you will become more proficient at your work, resulting in shorter workdays. Additionally, the company will provide you with the necessary tools to get started. Applying for this job guarantees an interview, as no prior experience is required.

Cons

There are many cons to working here. Management favors certain groups so be prepared to take worse-paying routes that's not based on performance. You will work with felons since this line of work has a low retention rate they will hire anyone who doesn't have a home invasion or robbery charge. Dealing with customers all day can be frustraiting especialy if they call the office expecting perfection. Everything is based off feedback surveys so customers also control if you work."There are several drawbacks to working at this place. The management tends to show favoritism towards some groups, which means that you may end up taking routes that pay less, even if your performance is good. Additionally, you may have to work with individuals who have been convicted of a crime, as this industry has a high employee turnover rate, and they hire anyone who hasn't been convicted of home invasion or robbery. Dealing with customers all day long can be frustrating, primarily when they expect perfection and call the office to complain. The company uses feedback surveys to evaluate your performance, and customers have a significant say in whether or not you get to keep your job. because the routes are assigned before checked you will have to return to areas youve already deliverd to or stops that dont make sense, this causes drama between the router and the delivery team."There are several drawbacks to working at this place.
