There were so many good changes at the company since the start of the year. The bathrooms are brand new. They got us new standup desks and things like that. I wish I didnt have to move or else I would still work there

Cons

The hours can get long when we are in sales season. Parking is tough sometimes

Being bought out by Home Depot was the best thing to happen to Temco.

Cons

The pay is incredibly off-market. Management hires friends and family rather than more competent candidates.
