Pros

Innovative product Good peer environment Good outlook for future success and growth

Cons

Extremely non-competitive with perks/benefits and getting worse. Upper management is aggressive and unaware with a lot of decisions. Culture is diminishing and employee retention is getting worse.

Pros

I have loved working at TemperPack over the last few years. It's surreal to see where we have come from to where we are now. We have learned a lot along the way but that was not without sacrifice. Weekends, holidays, and long hours have provided TP with the possibiliy to begin solidifying where we are going as a company. There are a lot of amazing people working for TP. They all have one goal in mind, and that is to become the world leader in green packaging.

Cons

The work life balance has become a lot better however, it's not there yet. Las Vegas is actively working on getting workers more time at home with their families and loved ones while not cutting pay.

Pros

Temperpack has come a really long way since I first started. The company had some growing pains and no shortage of issues but has tackled everything tremendously. You can feel confident that if a process doesn't work for you and you have a suggestion, you will be heard. It feels like everyone is growing and learning through trial and error together and I feel like we're "in it together" when I come into work. The company has plenty of room for growth but the leadership's approach seems be treating challenges as opportunity versus adversity. Looking forward to being a part of this company's continual upward growth and change

Cons

Changes happen frequently and that can cause process disorganization. This was a far bigger problem when I first began, and over the last couple of years management/leadership has acknowledged it and has actively taken great strides to ensure everyone's jobs are as straightforward and manageable as possible. The company continues to grow out of its "startup" phase and it feels like it's entering a much more mature place - although there are still grey areas and places where processes need improvement, I feel like we have been and are continuing to head down the right path.
