      Pros

      Great family work environment, good people, great environmental mission the 3 owners are awesome

      Cons

      Managers are to inexperienced,do not know how to talk to or train employees. No training for the position, employees are expected to know it all right off the bat.

      It's a family environment, where you are able to see your ideas turn into reality because of the open-minded leaders whose only goal is to achieve something great

      Cons

      As with any other startup company there will of course be times where you are working long hours/overtime but that's to be expected when a company is in the growing stage.

      You'll be surrounded by a talented group of people, all focused on carrying out one exciting core mission. When you join, responsibility is given to you quickly. Your thoughts, feedback, observations, and ideas are valued and often result in meaningful, tangible changes. The work is rewarding and the transparency with management allows you to learn a ton about the structure behind a quickly growing company.

      Cons

      Expectations are very high. The hours can be very long. You often have to find creative ways to make the impossible possible.
