Replacing styrofoam - helping the environment

Crazy leadership that daily or weekly changes strategy/direction and completely screws their customers. ZERO biz sense and thinks everyone is disposable - they have more alumni than employees!!

Experience manufacturing conditions in a warehouse setting as well as experience various evolution in the manufacturing process from machine assistance to full automation.

Cons

Really hot during the summer time, if you don’t speak Spanish you can’t communicate with around 75% of the workers so you have to google translate a lot.
