Pros

Rock solid development team, senior management all on the same page, a compelling strategic vision, and everyone here is experienced and has a proven track record of success. Tons of applicable use cases for our product. This is the A team. I appreciate not having to settle at all on hiring, regardless of our workload.

Cons

We just moved offices and now there is a 3-4 minute additional walk to get lunch. But our new office space is pretty awesome.

Pros

People here are driven and thrive on making informed decisions quickly then acting on those decisions. We have solid discussions and include the right people at the right times. We are at a stage where all good ideas and information are welcomed.

Cons

Location at the west end of Mercer is a bit of a slog to get to, and parking can be a hassle. We do a lot with a little bit of resources, but that can be a good thing too, particularly from the finance viewpoint.
