Trauma & teaching hospital so good opportunity to learn. Competitive wages due to being unionized

Cons

Lousy morale. Different unions for nurses, allied and techs so lack of teamwork & unity. Nurses sleep at night, techs abuse their cell phones and neither do anything about the other since it’ll become a union battle , too many patients and not a good neighborhood so safety concerns as well
