- Executives are way too focused on short-term sales figures rather than building a scalable platform - Engineers spend 90% of their time investigating "urgent" customer support tickets that constantly interrupt other work - Only way to succeed and actually get stuff done is to work 60+ hrs / week - The on-call is insanely bad
