Pros

Free trips on company dime to visit countries.

Cons

Hugely biased to Americans. Majority of leaders come from Argentina, Italy and Mexico. They have leaders who have no idea how successful companies work in America because leaders are promoted from other countries who no very little about America.

Pros

-Decent pay and good benefits. -Some really enjoyable people to work with -Challenging and fast paced work environment blossoms new skills.

Cons

Don’t believe all the positive reviews… most are from “global trainees” who start with the company fresh out of school and get brainwashed into thinking this is a good company to work for and working 55-60 hours a week is normal. -High stress and long hours. They act like they care about work/ life balance, but they don’t. -WAY too many meetings. No regard for meetings through lunch hours or after 5pm. -80% of management is from Argentina/ Mexico/ Uruguay. Non Spanish speakers are at an immediate disadvantage for advancement. -Long, frustrating, bureaucratic processes make it seem like it can be impossible to get work done.

Pros

Young employee environment. Free trip to Argentina if you are part of the GT program. Intense training in time management and organizational skills

Cons

High stress and high pressure atmosphere. The management does not work on long term solutions, only fire fighting. Managers don't even last long enough in their positions to see solutions follow through. Employees based in Galleria were forced to move to Bay City, Texas. Company did not offer any incentives to push employees out there. The incentives they offered were a joke and only benefited the company not the employees. Bullying tactics of take it or leave it HR mindset. Once employees were leaving Bay City did they begin offering incentives and valuing their employees. The bonuses are a joke and there are no career growth opportunities. Your review is decided by upper management and people you do not interact with on a daily basis, tell me how that is fair. I would advise all the GTs to get in and get out after they graduate.
