Good compensation and benefits for salaried employees.

Cons

Politically toxic workplace culture. Nepotism and unnecessarily complex, hierarchical bureaucracy impede efficient productivity of this facility. I would not recommend working at this particular Tenaris facility. Unable to comment regarding other Tenaris facilities.
