      Good school, prepares people for future work experiences. Detail oriented company. Big focus on R&D and technology.

      Cons

      They expect hard work and long working hours. There is a glass ceiling if you don't have the right nationality.

      Pros

      Tenaris took into account my previous experience when offering me the position, in terms of pay and vacation time. My schedule is pretty flexible, and my boss encourages me to take time off when needed to take care of personal matters.

      Cons

      Alot of things are not explained when starting the position. The company is very structured and go by the "Tenaris Way" which doesn't always work. Seeing as this is a global company, something that works in Mexico may not work the same in PA. Language barriers are huge!
