toxic workplace irresponsible management

there are none. the pay is not great compared to similar jobs and the toxic environment management creates makes it a worse place to work than most other places.

Cons

people get seriously hurt on a regular basis and management knows but it is easier to cover it up than follow their own safety rules. immigrant labor is being exploited.
