      OK salary, & nice location.

      Cons

      No life work balance, everybody is over achiever, no planning what so ever, no manners and impolite employees, and no one knows how much work load you have yet they keep firing people and dumping their work on top of your backlog.

      Pros

      Good pay, laid back, easy going, friendly environment, good benefits. After going through my first performance review I would say the job is not too demanding and the bosses are usually flexible to your requests.

      Cons

      Sometimes too laid back. At times I would be pushing people around me to get stuff done and I am fresh out of college with very much less expertise than my team.
