      Multi-Cultural environment, global development, international exchange possibilities

      Cons

      Very poor work-life balance, frustrating tasks at the beginning, Global Trainee Program not challenging at all, bosses do not behave like you would expect.

      Pros

      Great pay, long hours, a real atmosphere that fostered advancement as long as the desire was there.I was promoted to three different positions and given raises in the few short months I was there.

      Cons

      The company location where I was employed laid off the workers, reassigned the ones with decade+ years working there. The falling price of oil forced them to shut the company down and close the doors.
