      - Very good pay, excellent benefits, one of the biggest places to work in Argentina - Very good top management, excellent coordinators, if you're willing to learn and develop yourself, it's an excellent place - Tenaris University formation - Multicultural environment - Tenaris University Induction Camp

      - Work life balance. Sometimes it's quite hard to plan a life outside the company - Sometimes, due to learning culture, it can be frustrating at the beginning

      Cons

      The only way to be promoted is that you speak spanish and you clean the boats to your boss everyday. If you are not this kind of person you don't have future here. Too much micromanagement too many meetings.
