Business Outlook

Pros

The company is a leader in the steel business industry. It is firmly attached to the best standards and focuses on quality, R&D, leadership, investment and efficiency. The company is constantly investing and improving in their facilities and personnel. It is a good place to experience a global way of working, interacting with people around the world. The company is recognized for its standards, global presence, technology and transparency.

Cons

In some areas, the company does not offer you the chance to grow. Due to its horizontal management, some of the workers feel frustrated because they reach their top, with no chances to advance or to get higher job positions. Besides, the company has a poor work-life balance, where the company demands your presence even on full weekends, but it is complicated to go off vacations.
