      Good company for entry level but not long term

      Pros

      Challenges, opportunities and training opportunities are excellent. People are friendly and welcome new people from diverse cultures. Multicultural work environment encouraging respect for each other.

      Cons

      Promotions are need based rather than work based. Work can be overwhelming most of the time thereby creating work life imbalance. Hard to get into management roles.

      Pros

      Great place to develop a long time career, lots of training, safety improving every day, very analytically oriented, lots of opportunities to grow, specially for young people.

      Cons

      Company trying to reduce the headcounts in all levels leaving the people overloaded. Still not a people oriented company. Plants that are not in Houston are in the middle of nowhere, which makes the talent runaway.
