      Pros

      Tenaris university is nice. I was excited when I got hired but after realizing how poorly things are run in Canada it's very sad . Even oil company reps are telling me they are sick of how managment treats them and how poor the communication is .

      Cons

      Hard to get ahold of . When you do get ahold of them they act arrogant can't give you a straight answer. Poor managment in Canada . You need a new manager for this department .

      I have worked for the last 10 years in Tenaris in Romania, Argentina and Dubai. It is a company where you can build a long -term career if you match with the culture.

      Bosses working for the company for 20 years or more, not willing to adapt to change Difficult to make a carreer path due to very plain structure Lack of communication from higher levels about company strategies
