      Pros

      - Excellent Training - Very good management - Good pay - Lovely location - Thoughtful events - Good Espresso machine - Neat environment

      Cons

      - Work load is crazy (50 req a day!) - We work around 50-60 hours a week - Some end-users are aggressive and impolite! - Very slow system!!!!!

      This company provides a very challenging and demanding place to work.

      Cons

      Hard balance between home and work. The top management still thinks that a work life balance is a meaning of lack of responsabilities. Low salaries in comparison with other oil and manufacturing industries.

      Good place to learn and work as GT, analyst or coordinator.

      Cons

      If you are not Argentinean, you will stay in your position for ages and will find unqualified people getting promoted just because of their Argentinean family names or because they are well connected to a manager....nothing to do with hard work.
