      Pros

      Great company to start your career. They are very professional and invest so much in their employees, induction camp, training's, e-leanings etc.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Everybody is expecting to give all for your job.

      Pros

      Hard to tell how things will go from now on due to oil & gas market situation but they paid for my master degree. Global company with many development opportunities. ... again, until now.

      Little work-life balance. Poor HR Management in the last year.

      Pros

      The company provides great training, which includes a 1 month paid trip to Argentina. It is also a good environment to learn how to work with multiple cultures and backgrounds.

      Cons

      The company focuses too much on trying to be organized, that it focuses on trivial things when there are clear operational objectives that need to be met.
