Management is all work no personal life mentality belittles your accomplished pushes your weaknesses in reviews hires younger workers and puts them in management positrons while overlooking current employees would belittle my reports and then use them taking the credit

Insurance was decent, and safety was a strong priority.

Cons

Sick time was a hassle, leadership wasn't really on top of issues and a lot of last minute changes happened. Management puts way too much credit into fresh out of college people over workers with decades of experience.
