      Pros

      Great networking opportunities, lots of travel if work requires it, and company is constantly improving IT infrastructure, so it gives you good opportunity to learn. Sometimes up to 10% bonus can be achieved, in a perfect world.

      Cons

      You are always over worked, and over whelmed with the amount of work. Plan on working at least 60+ hours every week, and spend lots of time away from family.

      Pros

      Good structure in paper, global sourcing network and shared practices amongst the different regions. Training is well intended but takes many free time from family and recreational activities since you still need to do your overwhelming job

      Cons

      Run like the Corleone family business... Take them (all employees, vendors) to the mattresses... Need to be "family to advance"... No matter how hard you try (to go home early n have a balanced life) they keep pulling you back in!
