      Pros

      Great training program. Company teaches you fundamentals of tubular industry. Good health insurance benefits. Company is leader in its industry

      Cons

      Promotions are political. Argentines get the best options. Difficult to climb ladder if you are not Argentines. Opaque performance approval process. Many managers with poor leadership skills.

      - Excellent Training - Very good management - Good pay - Lovely location - Thoughtful events - Good Espresso machine - Neat environment

      Cons

      - Work load is crazy (50 req a day!) - We work around 50-60 hours a week - Some end-users are aggressive and impolite! - Very slow system!!!!!

      Good exposure and professional coworkers. Challenging jobs.

      Cons

      People speak Spanish all the time, it is not an inclusive culture as they like to say. Business are ran as the grandfather movie. All pass through one person (at the very top) and your future is determine by him. At least 60 Hours a week. You will never hear a "Good Job"... it is really old school..."No news is good news".
