Pros

Tenaris provides a very challenging and demanding place to work. There are some amazing people within the company. The benefits package was rock solid as was being able to take time off for emergencies. They take care of people even during economic downturns.

Cons

No respect from senior management unless you are from Argentina. The salaries are about 20-30% lower than the norm. Excessive work hours. Poor senior management. Employee surveys results are ignored and ridiculed.

Cons

Lot's of people in upper management that clearly do not belong there. They are incompetent and treat others like they're beneath them. You also get no work/life balance when working in this company. You're on call almost every weekend and work more than 12 hours a day. When things start to go south they fire everyone.

Decent Healthcare and 401, pay is on the low side of competitive.

Cons

If you're not from a latin american country they will find ways to pull the rug on you. They refuse to buy the tools you need but still expect the job to get done, everyone steals everything, can't keep anything, parts get bought from another country and takes forever, they do their best to hire as many people from Mexico as they can, they don't really want to employ locals. They don't listen to advice and are not open to change, it's their way or the highway. It's a horrible place to work. Very toxic environment. All these good reviews are them stuffing the box i will guarantee you that. Toxic Toxic Toxic
