Pros

The team The Culture The mission Flexibility I truly enjoy every second at Tend. This company gives you a platform to grow. Since we are still fairly new, the are endless opportunities for growth. Change has happened since I first started, but things always change. The intent behind the change is always positive w/ hopes that every change pushed our company forward. A lot of people have unrealistic expectations of their employers-- I think most of us forget-- this is still a business.

Cons

Nothing-- Tend is a new company that will go through "growing pains" like most companies. They listen to feedback and try to self-correct almost immediately.

Pros

Decent pay Forced to learn because you’re thrown in the trenches

Cons

There is a clear divide between the Nashville team and on site team. There is constant finger pointing and politics at play. The Operations team picks favorites and isn’t particularly supportive with the exception of two people. They reward staff who is nasty just like them and promote despite a lack of knowledge, talent or the right attitude. There is so care for morale, work life balance or anything. All EVERYONE does is worship hustle culture and you’re penalized if you don’t want your life to revolve around your role. Honestly it’s sad and I won’t be shocked when there is an expose about how the brand came to be.
