-driven, friendly team members
-people are SO helpful
-closed on Sundays
-benefits & PTO
-if you’re up for it, there’s A LOT to learn
-being part of a start-up and seeing that growth happen. It’s magical
Cons
ASMs are sometimes called/considered ‘glorified welcome bar (front desk)’ which can be belittling.

Thanks for sharing what you love about working at Tend! We are so glad to have you on board. We appreciate your feedback regarding training. In addition to our current employee onboarding programs, we are in the process of launching new courses through our internal learning platform, TendU, that will support both new and seasoned employees throughout their career at Tend. We hope this will provide our teams with the guidance they need to succeed from day one.
There are many pros to think about while working with Tend! My favorite part is the tight-knit teams we have across the studios. Even though we are growing at very fast pace, the studios all form AMAZING bonds that I don't think you'd typically see in this industry.
Cons
This was a hard one to think of something to write, but if you're not acclimated to working late nights and weekends it could be considered a con.
