      A place with a lot of growth opportunities

      Pros

      The company has many existing accounts with hospitals and other medical offices in LA and OC - we are in good standing and our reputation is established but there is still a ton of room for growth. There are new accounts that could be opened, but even with current accounts there is so much potential. The company culture is fun and "growth-mindset" oriented and management is very supportive. As a new rep, if you work hard you can grow your salary a lot in your first year.

      Cons

      There have been some issues with staffing at times, but over the time I've been here the operations and clinical teams have continuously gotten better. I still have some complaints but we have a process for reporting them and I continue to see growth. If you complain about issues in a professional manner and with the mindset of looking for a solution - management will work with you to fix them.

      Improvements could be made on the operational side of things but you can say that about any place.
