      Pros

      Full time employee salary was decent.

      Cons

      The way they spoke to and treated employees was inappropriate. We were disposable, lied to and gaslighted. Also was never offered benefits even though I was a full time employee. Also never got paid time off and was told I owed them money because I didn’t see the amount of patients they wanted me to see.

      -flexible schedule and ability to set up your own meetings -supportive staff and your management team has your back -unlimited referral structure -they give you tools to succeed -weekly guidance to help you set goals and get on the right track

      Cons

      - large geography - staff could get overwhelmed with the amount of incoming referrals -entry level base salary -not enough of IPA contracts

      Great stepping stone in sales, and home health

      This was my first career in Home Health, and it was definitely a great learning experience. Staff treats you like family, and you can develop a diverse skill set in the process.

      Cons

      This career is not for everyone, and you have to have a certain mentality going into this industry.
