      Pros

      The people are still great to work with and senior management are still hands on and involved, which is great. If you want to learn from some of the best and work on the biggest and most challenging accounts TBR is a great place to be. There are opportunities everywhere, plenty of people willing to help you succeed and fantastic training opportunities.

      Cons

      Not so much a con, but it has changed as it's got bigger but change is a good thing at TBR as it's always done to stop things going stale and staying ahead of the game.

      Pros

      Genuinely a great bunch of people to work with. Real collaboration across the business, very much a "one team" mentality. People always happy to share their knowledge with you. This includes senior people who are very approachable.

      Cons

      The company has grown so much over the past couple of years, with acquisitions of other small agencies and itself has now been acquired. This creates lot of opportunities and allows the business to win bigger briefs, but it feels like senior people have taken their eye off the ball a bit. As a result, it has felt like the quality of work has deteriorated and we have been so swelled by our success that we feel Some of the best clients and briefs around - if you want clients that stand-out on your CV, then Teneo Blue Rubicon has the best client base.
