The Teneo internship provides great mentorship, training, and strong work experience. Teneo's internship program revolves around a culture of mentorship, where interns are assigned to a few point people who aimed to learn what the intern wanted to gain from the experience in terms of skills-building and expanding on their interests. There is a great culture of support, as people constantly are aiming to support interns' growth. The training Teneo provides was also great in that I learned new skills and how to apply them within the work I was doing. The people at Teneo also focus on incorporating an intern into the team, to ensure that they enjoyed the work they do and feel that they are a part of the process of finding solutions for a client. Overall, Teneo's focus on ensuring that the internship are a productive and positive experience for the interns is key to the program's success.
