      Good people. There are a lot of bright guns for hire. I'd say approach with care and really make sure you know what you're getting into

      Not a good structure and tough to get in touch with anyone that can help you move forward

      Good people. Amazing company story. Great opportunity to work with a lot of amazing brands. Challenging assignments. You become in the know.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Understaffed. Talent is underutilized and unappreciated. A lot of "talk." Sell big thinking but only deliver small ideas. Same approach to everything.
