Teneo really cultivates talent through a variety of channels. Hard to imagine my career having taken this shape if it hadn't been for the mentorship and opportunities I received here.

Cons

Internal processes can sometimes be a bit opaque; would be nice to have more visibility into big changes and decisions that will shape my work.
