      Some of the work was very interesting Worked and learned from some very intelligent peers

      Cons

      Toxic management culture - bullying was common and very little done about it Everyone overworked and underpaid - stress and burnout common Huge gender pay gap and clear differences in how men and women were treated

      - Good pay, many good people, feels dynamic (lots of growth, mostly via aquisitions)

      Cons

      - Doesn't really know what it's for, other than making money for its private equity investors and founders; the 'CEO advisory' proposition isn't really coherent, and doesn't actually translate into real world (clients are mostly NOT CEOs).
