      Pros

      Little and often promotions reward success and hard work. Ambitious.

      Cons

      The rainmakers and culture at the top are toxic. Total package is below market. Car crash brand both commercially and reputationally, with some major overhangs still being digested. As another review said no centre of gravity re: company culture, capabilities, etc. due to aggressive M&A making cross-team collaboration / client service very difficult

      Pros

      Friendly, professional, well educated people Somewhat sensible working hours Upholds a good minimum level of quality in delivered work

      Cons

      Sclerotic growth in terms of team and capabilities with investment going to less interesting areas where growth is easier Uninspiring and culdesac mix of work that I doubt has made me more valuable in the general jobs market Lack of commercial nouse with plenty of bright but clueless junior people kicking around Lots of grunt work without much in terms of tools / network / 3rd party support Benefits package is fairly basic and it can take loads of time to get a title promotion, especially at the more senior levels
