      - Competitive and transparent compensation for junior employees - Smart and likeable colleagues

      Cons

      - Lack of engaging work for juniors; expect hours of cold-calling or googling phone numbers with few analytical opportunities. As a result, not the best place to work for recent graduates seeking to build their skills and expertise. - Not well-known; large ego in-house but this doesn't translate to exit opportunities - Lagging behind on D&I; culture still stuck in the 90s which can be uncomfortable for people from non-standard backgrounds - 'Spray-and-pray' -approach to business development

      Pros

      Fun team spirit with an open culture and transparency from local leadership. It's a good place to start your career and build core skills.

      Cons

      Lots of challenges exist that look to get worse in the future. Work has become more mixed with fewer pure/high quality project types. Hours are on the tougher-end of professional services. Company's reputation is primarily in PR/restructuring (e.g. FTI) and not consulting. Diversity, particularly in terms of employee turnover, has been poor to date. Management during COVID should have been better, with some colleagues losing their jobs unnecessarily. Recent hiring choices have diluted the quality of the team. Acquisitions and investment have prioritised growth over focus leading to some wonky outcomes. Most investments have not been in areas that are relevant to management consulting. USA is very disconnected from the international business. Lots of upcoming work required to steady the ship and integrate.
