Interesting clients, genuinely integrated briefs, lovely offices (London). A great agency to learn a lot and build - or significantly add to - your career before considering your exit route!

Cons

Toxic workplace culture. Genuine underlying issues of discrimination that, when raised multiple times, falls on deaf ears. Bad work-life balance. Bad career management.
