      Opportunities to try different industries and practises, really encouraged to work on things you're passionate about Great people and culture Big name clients and a lot of exposure at lower levels

      Confusing offering and chaotic teams

      Pros

      The working team is helpful, some smart individuals around the world

      Cons

      Regional leadership in Asia is not aligned. Chaotic regional and new business line decisions. Business Leads tend to over promise on demands and over stretch their teams. Working team is too junior. High churn rate. Culture is questionable. Lots of in-fighting amongst businesses.

      Great people, poor pay

      Pros

      Great colleagues and clients which span multiple sectors. Often get to work with household name brands and do meaningful work.

      Cons

      Pay in the Communications portion of the business is very poor. Diversity and inclusion is also regrettably unprogressive, very few people of colour at the senior levels of the company.
