      Pros

      Very flexible working environment - can work from home, flexible as long as you get your work done. Exposure to international work and international offices.

      Cons

      Some divisions are stronger than others in their respective industry. Growing pains here and there.

      Pros

      Teneo has an exceptional client list. Many of the employees are very friendly.

      Cons

      Work life balance does not exist for junior roles. As others have said, expect investment banking hours for half the money. Really shocking how little junior people are paid for the hours they work. 6 AM starts and 12-14 hour days are common. Work on the weekends is expected.
