Excellent healthcare providers & coworkers.

Cons

Directives from leadership team and corporate office does nothing but pile work on clinic staff that is already stretched too thin. Insurance requirements & processes requires time & detail & does not align with the corporate office very low FTE per provider ratio. This does nothing but delay patient care & allow patients to go to other clinics outside of Tenet.

Cons

There was no opportunity to advance your career. It was a flat organization with no movement, no training or learning of new skills, so no motivation because no advancement

Fellow employees; flexibility with current boss

Cons

Pay is lowest for all similar facilities; old outdated computers and not up to date on technology; higher ups only care about numbers and have no idea who they are telling what to do and give more when everyone is burnt out. Health insurance is very expensive.
