      Great Foundation in Enterprise IT

      Pros

      Excellent hands-on experience with large-scale, critical infrastructure (VMware, Windows Server, SANs). Talented and collaborative team members; good sense of camaraderie during projects and outages. Competitive salary and benefits for the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Stable company; good for building a resume and foundational skills in healthcare IT.

      Cons

      Slow-moving corporate bureaucracy made it difficult to implement new solutions quickly. IT infrastructure and tools were sometimes outdated due to lengthy approval processes. High-pressure environment during system outages; on-call duties could be demanding. Can feel like a "cog in the machine" within such a large organization.

      You will be fooled for some time that you are amongst productive people.

      Cons

      - The culture is all about Gossip and story telling. -Management is completely corrupt. - If you report or speak up about an experience, you will be reprimanded for what someone has done to YOU. - There is a very big CLIQUE problem with this location. You need to be careful who you associate yourself with.
